Nanping Weishi Wood Industry Co., Ltd. is engaged in producing LVL scaffold plank according to the requirements of OSHA & ANSI A10.8 and perform the bond durability according to PS1-95 Standard ï¼ÂŒand has been certified by American Third Party Inspection Agency to be able to produce OSHA compliant planks , and was granted the certificate on March 6^th , 2009 .

1, Commodity : LVL Scaffold Plank 

2, Material : Masson Pine.    

3, Glue : WBP ( Waterproof  Phenol  Formaldehyde  Resin  Glue )

4, Size: 38.1*225&235*3900mm ( loading need to be confirmed )

5, Moisture Content : below 14 % 

6, Thickness of veneers :  Core veneers : 2.6mm(-0.1mm,+0.1) ;  Face veneers :1.5mm

7, Density : 600kgs/m3

8, Grain direction : Parallel to the grain

9,Veneer joints : Overlap and Butt Joint

10,Stencil mark & end sealant : according to third party certificate’ or customers' requirements

11,Surface treatment : All arrises are chamferrying by 5mm at 45 angle degree for easy handling , wax-coated on both sides , paint at the ends .
